There's much preparation that goes on behind the scenes to make a job, performance, event be a success. For me, that preparation often includes ways of being and lifestyle habits like having a positive mindset, asking questions, self-care, doing exercise, drinking water, eating healthy food, getting rest, practicing lines, doing meditation, visualization, dance breaks, taking deep breaths, writing, editing, making lists, packing, saying affirmations, having fun, setting intentions, and always with saying YES (ideally with enthusiasm)!
One of my favorite ways to feel refreshed, beautiful, and nurtured. I appreciate the beauty of nature.
